About Us

At Pleasant Valley Meats, we believe in providing not only high-quality food but also a deep respect for the animals we raise. While great sources of food are more accessible than ever, we’re proud to stand out by offering something truly special—products that benefit both our customers and the animals that call Northern Colorado home.

Our founder and local large animal veterinarian, Dr. Sina Parsaye, has dedicated years to working with large animals in Northern Colorado. Through his work, Dr. Parsaye has developed a profound understanding of the region’s wildlife and livestock, and a deep appreciation for the hardworking farmers and ranchers in our community. Over time, he recognized a gap in the locally-raised meat industry—one that called for a focus on quality, care, and sustainability. And so, Pleasant Valley Meats was born.

As a family-owned ranch and business, we take pride in our hands-on approach to raising our animals, especially our American F1 Wagyu Beef. Known for its rich marbling, tenderness, and exceptional flavor, our Wagyu beef is raised using sustainable methods right here in Northern Colorado. This includes a high-quality diet and selective breeding techniques, which together create the perfect balance of marbling and tenderness that you simply can’t find in other cuts of beef.

We are passionate about our products and committed to delivering the highest quality meat to our customers. Whether you're looking for the finest Wagyu steak or curious about any of our other offerings, we’re here to help. Don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d be delighted to help find the perfect cut for your next meal.
